The Gods

Generally, only the people who believe in the god can see them, but the god can hurt them if they are believed in or not. These are the four main gods in Lai-taria.

Metal - Also the god of earth, and minerals, this god is commonly worshipped by blacksmiths and swordsmen. He's a shapeshifter with no base form, but usually appears to be dressed like a blacksmith with a hammer for a weapon. His favorite color hair is black, and his eyes are usually gray. He's supposedly very loving and has a huge sense of humor, and is often referred to as the patron of adventurers.

Chaos - As his name infers he enjoys creating chaos among the races. Despite this he does not approve of the Holy War that took place, after all, if there was only one race left, what would be the point of causing chaos. He often takes the form of a main with long flowing blue hair and bright orange eyes, who caries a scythe. 

Order - The only deity of the four commonly depicted as a female, she prefers everything to be perfectly in order. Though high strung, if there is a kink in her plans she easily adapts, and things often go better than she had planned. She often has short light brown hair, a round face with purple eyes, a lanky build, pointy ears and the tail of a lion. 

Balance - Balance is the genderless element and patron to most Elemental mages. When he takes form he (in the genderless sense of the word) has traits from all of the races. He has pointy elfin ears, a red right eye and a green left eye, short black hair on his left side and long white hair  down to his feet on his right. His left hand is always covered, as well as his left leg. He has a tail of a wolf, hands like humans, the "voice" of the Li, and his legs can take on any element like a Nymph. He has tree wings, two on his left and one on his right. On his left side he has a feathery wing of an Av and a fairy wing, and he has a Nidian wing on his right. Balance always makes up for what Chaos and Order lack and more often than not silently observers history pass by.
