Supernatural Beings
And Other Reading

Angels
Angels are often classified as the supernatural beings of good and light. An angel is a being that comes from "heaven" or the spiritual equivalent. They are sometimes called Goddesses, and a variety of other things. However, they are all beings with super powers that defy natural logic. Most angels have fluffy wings and and halos.

A fallen angel is still an angel. Celestial beings that change sides cannot change their core make up. An angel will always remain an angel, even if they take on the traits of a demon. Many angels would be offended to be called the wrong thing. Just because some angels are touchy feely doesn't mean they all are. The best example of angels that aren't touchy feely is the Angel of Wrath (Malice, Hate, Revenge), she is actually quite a nice angel, she just has a rather nasty temperament when it comes to anger and represents it in physical form.

Demons
Demons are often beings that focus on the negative side of life. While the angels are usually virtues, the demons are usually given the sins. Demons can take on many forms and temperaments. Some are actually dangerous and like to kill things for fun, while others simply feed of the negative emotions and leave a person in a better state than before.

Most demons have the physical form of a humanoid, with tails and horns and other body parts that are partially animalistic. No demon has feathery wings, and if they do they are at least part angel.

Vampires
A subspecies of demon that often drinks the blood of human beings to survive. Most vampires are nasty bastards, with very few exceptions. On a rare occasions, there is a vampire that is only partly turned, and there for doesn't become a complete bastard and shell of a human beings, however they still have to rely on killing humans to survive. More often than not they need to kill other vampires to compensate for their "missing link"--and are the best vampire hunters around. There is no way to fix a botched turn.

Constructs
Constructs are unusual creatures created from several different parts of something. They are similar to chimeras, but more often or not need to rely on other being for movement and power. The best examples of constructs are Ber, Wraith's sword, and Dark the "book of memories." These two objects were created by combining magic with an inanimate object to give it a personality and consciousness. The magic usually requires something organic and living to create a "new life." Dark was created by combining a book, a dying demon, sealing magic, and angelic blood.

Bindings

Chains represent a bond between an object and it's user. They also represent the confinement of a person's soul. The chain between a magic user and a summon allows the user to control summons. An object can be living and can have a soul of it's own, it is simply called an "object" because it has to do the biding of its master.

No chains are visible by human eyes.
